Parent as a role model

A parent who plays a very important role in nurturing child as a role model... a classic example that i have been observing from last few days and thought of sharing . Every day morning at around 7 AM , father and child would come on the ground do some stretching  and then running which is very rare scene... 

This is the correct example of parenting ,rather than compensating the child by taking him to mall on a holiday it is better you spend some time which could be "WE TIME"  to nurture good habit ..

When a child sees his/her parents doing physical exercise or following right habits. Subconscious child would also pick up right habit.

Changing Education

Today the education  is moving from the classroom teaching to practical learning.
Gurukul teaching is slowly coming back in education where as children of different age group learn together rather than age wise segmentation.
Today the children have freedom to learn what they want to learn the advantage of the same is that they love to learn.

Today education is not restricted to classroom as the child have exposure to every thing.

We as parents or educators have a bigger role and responsibility in play for next generation. We are role model for them.Hence every single act of ours can leave a long lasting impact.
Our role in educating children needs to change as the requirement changes.
